Former Bio:
Nicholas Moore is a Laboratory and Research Technician working at William and Mary's Applied Research Center surface characterization labs since April 2007. Since this date, Nick has been trained in the use of the Hitachi 4700 Field Emissions Scanning Electron Microscope, the Hitachi 570 Scanning Electron Microscope, the Hirox KH-3000 Light Microscope, the Veeco Atomic Force Microscope, the Nicolet Nexus 670 Fourier Transform-Infrared Spectrometer, the Hummer 6.2 Sputter Coater, the Dektak 3ST Surface Profiler, and the Axiolab Transmitted and Reflected Light Microscope. In addition, Nick is responsible for the care and maintenance of laboratory computers, while also assisting in the maintenance of all research equipment in the labs at the Applied Research Center.
